  • Yes. Before joining Sunny's, every dog has a meet & greet so we can get to know each other and make sure we're a good fit. It's also a chance for you to ask questions and for your dog to conduct a thorough character assessment of us.

  • We keep things intentionally small.
    Smaller groups mean safer play, calmer energy and a much lower chance of your dog reaching their social limit before lunchtime.

  • Absolutely. Expect photo updates, occasional videos and confirmation that your dog is thriving, sleeping peacefully, or leading minor investigations into nearby shrubbery.

  • Usually just food, any required medications and your dog’s usual gear. We’ll let you know if anything else is needed. Emotional support toys are welcome.

  • Yes. Safety is a huge priority at Sunny’s.

    Dogs are supervised, carefully introduced and given structured rest throughout the day – because overtired dogs are rarely known for good judgement.

  • Walks and activities are adjusted depending on conditions.

    On particularly hot or rainy days, we focus more on enrichment, indoor play and calmer activities. Melbourne weather keeps everyone humble.
