Yes. Before joining Sunny's, every dog has a meet & greet so we can get to know each other and make sure we're a good fit. It's also a chance for you to ask questions and for your dog to conduct a thorough character assessment of us.

We keep things intentionally small.
Smaller groups mean safer play, calmer energy and a much lower chance of your dog reaching their social limit before lunchtime. -
Absolutely. Expect photo updates, occasional videos and confirmation that your dog is thriving, sleeping peacefully, or leading minor investigations into nearby shrubbery.

Usually just food, any required medications and your dog’s usual gear. We’ll let you know if anything else is needed. Emotional support toys are welcome.

Yes. Safety is a huge priority at Sunny’s.
Dogs are supervised, carefully introduced and given structured rest throughout the day – because overtired dogs are rarely known for good judgement. -
Walks and activities are adjusted depending on conditions.
On particularly hot or rainy days, we focus more on enrichment, indoor play and calmer activities. Melbourne weather keeps everyone humble.
